Scheduling and Payment
Appointments for a lesson can be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Payment is due at the time of the lesson. Cash, check, and Chase QuickPay are acceptable methods of payment. For Skype, payment is accepted via PayPal and Chase QuickPay. For online voice lessons, payment is due before each lesson. FIRST TIME students MUST pay in advance via PayPal to secure their spot due to a few too many no-shows or last minute cancellations that have affected my availability for reliable students.

Cancellations and Attendance
A MINIMUM of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel under 24 hours, you will be charged for the lesson.

Preparation
Voice lessons are a two way street! I spend time preparing, organizing, and printing course material for you, and I expect you to take time to practice on your own between lessons to make progress. All students should bring their assigned music to each lesson. I recommend purchasing a binder to organize your repertoire or download it to an iPad or similar mobile device. If you do not come prepared with music (assigned, sheet music, song lyrics, or an MP3 or other file) I reserve the right to end the lesson early. Please also bring a device to record your lesson with, as this is the best way to track your progress and have everything to refer to when you practice on your own.

No matter what your goals are, if you take lessons I do expect you to practice! This is the only way you can make progress. Beginners, easy does it. You can still build up a voice by vocalizing on your own 15-20 min a day, 3-4 times a week!

General
Please do your best to arrive at your scheduled time! If you are running late please call or text ASAP.I am often working with another student should you arrive early, so please be patient. If you are the one who is late, I cannot give you your full lesson length is there is a student scheduled immediately after you. You will be charged for the full length you booked.

PARENTS- please, if you are dropping off a child/teen, be on TIME to pick them up. I cannot be held responsible for your son or daughter past the scheduled lesson time. If you choose to stay during the lesson please do not wait in rooms other than the specified waiting areas, and try and avoid bringing additional family members as space is limited and we try to eliminate distractions during lessons.
